8. Triturar el aguacate, añadirle limón para evitar, se oxide, sal al gusto, 1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva y gotas de tabasco a tolerar. A mi me gusta fuerte. Reservar.
9. Armar los tacos board en el siguiente orden: Tomar el taco horneado y colocar al fondo: Lechuga una capa, carne molida, tomate al cilantro, aguacate, sour cream(en mi recetario) y queso cheddar fundido.
10. Así deben quedar...! Comer mezclado dentro del mismo taco y dejar de último el taco crujiente para degustarlo o todo al tiempo, como les apetezca, de mi cocina, con gusto...!
