  6. Preparamos el puré de batata. Agregar manteca; leche y sal a gusto.
  7. Aceitar un molde, de torta desmontable, de 25cm de diámetro por 6 cm de alto. Extender la masa bien pegadita a los costados. Llevar al horno caliente ya precalentado. Cocinar 10 minutos. Sacar.
  8. Ponemos en el fondo la mitad del puré de manera prolija.
  9. Agregar la carne. Emparejar.
  10. Colocamos, arriba, la mitad del puré que reservamos. Alisamos la superficie. Espolvorear la canela molida. Agregar azúcar.
  11. Desmontar el costado del molde. Llevar a horno bien caliente entre 15 y 20 minutos.
